Today's Workout

I began a regular workout routine with a trainer / rehab specialist back it August and I'm making solid progress towards my goals. We changed up my routine a bit and I'm working out 5 days a week instead of 6. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday. I take Thursday and Sunday off to give my body time to recover. While my guy was doing the soft tissue work today I reminded him that there is a thin line between therapeutic and sadistic. He chuckled and kept stretching and working my muscles and fascia in order to help improve my mobility. Sigh…
